1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Nakara Time," "We," "Us," "Our" — refers to Nakara Time, a watch repair and restoration business registered and operating in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Thailand.
• "Client," "You," "User" — refers to any individual or entity submitting a timepiece for service, visiting our premises, or communicating with us for service purposes.
• "Service" — refers to any watch repair, maintenance, restoration, or related work carried out by Nakara Time, including but not limited to routine servicing, dial and hand restoration, and complete vintage restoration.
• "Timepiece" — refers to any watch, pocket watch, clock, or horological item submitted by the Client for assessment or service.
• "Agreement" — refers to these Terms and Conditions, together with any written service quotation or confirmation issued by Nakara Time.
• "Website" — refers to the informational website operated under the domain nakaratix.pro.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a timepiece to Nakara Time, requesting a service quotation, or signing a service agreement, you are confirming that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or acting under the authority of a parent or legal guardian, to engage our services.
• You confirm that you have the legal authority to submit the timepiece for service — either as its owner or as a duly authorised representative of the owner.
• If you are submitting a timepiece on behalf of another person or organisation, you accept responsibility for ensuring these Terms are brought to their attention.

3. Service Description

Nakara Time provides professional watch repair, maintenance, and restoration services for mechanical and vintage timepieces. Our current service offerings include:

• Routine Service Package (฿4,300): Movement cleaning, fresh lubrication, timing regulation, and a written condition note.
• Dial and Hand Restoration (฿9,100): Careful dial cleaning or specialist repainting, hand replacement or refinishing, with scope confirmed in advance.
• Complete Vintage Restoration (฿14,900): Comprehensive restoration including fabrication of parts by hand, rust and pivot treatment, and dial conservation for older mechanical and pocket watches.

All services are subject to prior assessment. Nakara Time reserves the right to decline a service request where the condition of the timepiece falls outside our capabilities or where sourcing appropriate materials is not feasible.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to act in good faith and to provide accurate information when engaging our services. In particular:

• You are responsible for ensuring that the timepiece submitted is free from any legal encumbrance, dispute over ownership, or restrictions on its repair or modification.
• You agree to respond to any communication from Nakara Time within a reasonable period, particularly when decisions on scope, costs, or materials are required.
• You agree not to use our website, contact forms, or communications channels for any purpose that is unlawful, misleading, or harmful.
• Any information you provide to us — including your name, contact details, and details about the timepiece — must be accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• Timepieces not collected within 90 days of notification of completion may be subject to storage arrangements or, following further written notice, disposal under applicable Thai law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the Nakara Time website — including text, photographs, design elements, service descriptions, and technical documentation — is the property of Nakara Time and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and read the content of this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or adapt any website content without our prior written consent.
• Any service documentation, condition reports, or photographs produced by Nakara Time in the course of servicing your timepiece remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• You retain full ownership rights over your timepiece at all times.

6. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted and payable in Thai Baht (฿). Nakara Time will provide a written quotation before commencing any work, and no service will begin without your explicit agreement to the stated cost.

• A deposit may be requested for complex restoration projects prior to commencement, as noted in the service quotation.
• Full payment is due upon completion and prior to collection of the timepiece.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of service agreement.
• If the scope of work requires revision during the service (for example, following discovery of additional damage), we will contact you to discuss any change in cost before proceeding.
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Where a service has been commenced in good faith and to an agreed scope, refunds may not be available for completed work. Please raise any concerns with us directly — we are always willing to discuss matters calmly.

7. Service-Specific Terms

The following conditions apply to all repair and restoration services provided by Nakara Time:

• Assessment: Each timepiece undergoes an initial assessment before a quotation is issued. This assessment is provided without obligation.
• Scope agreement: The agreed scope of work is documented in writing. Any changes to scope during the service will be communicated and agreed before proceeding.
• Timelines: Estimated completion periods are provided as a guide. Routine services typically complete within 2–3 weeks; dial and hand restoration within 3–5 weeks; complete vintage restoration within 6–12 weeks. These timelines may vary depending on parts availability and the specific condition of the piece.
• Parts and materials: Where original parts are unavailable, Nakara Time will discuss alternatives with you. For vintage restorations, hand-fabricated components may be used where appropriate and agreed.
• Condition documentation: We will document the condition of your timepiece before and after service. Photographs may be taken for record purposes.
• No-work outcomes: If assessment reveals that a timepiece cannot be restored to a functional or acceptable standard, we will inform you honestly and return the piece in its received condition, charging only for time spent on assessment if applicable.

8. Disclaimers

Nakara Time provides services with care, skill, and honesty. However, we cannot provide absolute assurances regarding outcomes in all cases, particularly for very old or heavily damaged timepieces.

• Our website is provided for informational purposes. While we take care to keep information current, we do not warrant that all content is always complete or error-free.
• We do not offer appraisals or valuations of timepieces as part of our standard services. Any comments on condition are offered as practical observations, not formal valuations.
• The repair or restoration of a timepiece does not alter or create any statement regarding its commercial or collector value.
• All service descriptions and price indications on this website are subject to assessment and may vary for individual timepieces.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Thai law, Nakara Time's liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of sentimental value, loss of use, or loss of anticipated profit.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to a timepiece that was not disclosed at the time of submission or that could not reasonably have been detected during assessment.
• Force majeure events — including natural disasters, civil disruption, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control — may affect service timelines and do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nakara Time, its staff, and representatives from and against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Inaccurate or misleading information provided to us in connection with a service request.
• Any claim by a third party asserting ownership or other rights over a timepiece you have submitted to us.

11. Termination of Service Agreement

Either party may withdraw from a service agreement prior to commencement of work by providing written notice. Once work has commenced:

• You may request that work be halted at any stage. Any work completed to that point may be subject to a partial charge, as discussed and agreed at the time.
• Nakara Time reserves the right to decline to continue work if circumstances arise that make completion unsafe, impractical, or contrary to professional standards — in which case we will communicate this promptly and return your timepiece.
• Terms relating to payment for completed work, ownership of the timepiece, and dispute resolution survive any termination of the service agreement.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from a service engagement with Nakara Time will be addressed through the following process:

1. Informal resolution: We ask that you contact us directly in the first instance. Most concerns can be resolved through a calm and open conversation. Reach us at [email protected].
2. Formal complaints: If informal resolution is not possible, a formal written complaint may be submitted to the same address. We will respond within 14 business days.
3. Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the competent courts of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, Thailand, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

13. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any written service quotation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nakara Time with respect to the services described.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on a particular occasion does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

14. Changes to These Terms

Nakara Time may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. When we do:
